Breakfast Sausage

Everyone loves the smell and flavor of homemade breakfast sausage sizzling on the griddle. Make your own breakfast sausage for your next brunch . .without the additives, preservatives, or MSG found in prepared sausages. Simply add 3 -3 1/2Tbsp of seasoning per pound of ground pork or ground turkey. Blend well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors. For spicier sausage, add 1/8 to 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper.
