What is the shelf life on the olive oil?
The olive oil will last up to 14 months after bottling. If you keep your oil in a dark cool area, the freshness may last longer than the 14 months.
What is the difference between dark and white balsamic?
Dark balsamic is your traditional balsamic. Some may call it “red”. It is thicker than the white balsamic and some are sweeter. White balsamic is thinner and some are a bit tart than the dark balsamic. We love to use both dark and white balsamic as vinaigrette, marinades, dessert topping, smoothies, or glaze on meat.
